Solar Power Pros is seeking candidates to join our Sales Operations in the Denver, CO metro area
We are currently looking to expand our outside sales force with a highly motivated, professional Sales Consultant selling solar energy solutions to residential clients in the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area.
Responsibilities:
- Generate residential leads through your individual networking efforts
- Maintain consistent communications with homeowners to drive sales prospects to closure
- Work with teammates to produce quotes and proposals
- Meet with homeowners interested in solar, negotiate and close the deal
- Maintain and manage residential prospect pipeline in company CRM
- Review sales progress to goals with management on a regular basis
- Work with teammates to coordinate delivery of your sold projects
- Ethically represent the company in all interactions
Requirements Skills:
- Residential solar and/or other home improvement product sales experience
- Understanding and ability to communicate solar value proposition
- Understanding of solar tax incentives and financials
- Understanding of Colorado utility rates and rate structures
- Experience presenting proposals and closing residential customers
- Strong ability to persuade
- Proven sales track record
- Excellent communication and strong, active listening skills
- Comfortable using computer-based sales tools
- Exceptional organization skills with attention to detail
- Self-driven, manages own time and sets own schedule and appointments
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of solar and/or other home improvement sales experience
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Additional Information:
- Compensation: competitive commission structure
- First year earnings $75,000+
